Plan
After flip-flopping around for quite some time I have zeroed in on the Weight Watchers plan and  find that it’s working great for me! I don’t go to meetings, everything is online! I have done Weight Watchers in the past, and could not identify myself with the others at the meetings, because of my age.
I weigh myself everyday but, will post my weights on Wednesdays (my weigh-in day).
